Welcome to Cebu Courts And Clubs ("Community", "Directory", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing or using our website, directory listings, court booking links, open play schedules, or registered business services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, registering, or using any feature on Cebu Courts And Clubs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Directory Listings & Services

Cebu Courts And Clubs provides a centralized community directory for court facilities, open play sessions, tournaments, coaches, pickleball clubs, pro shops, and related business solutions across Pampanga.

Host & Listing Responsibility: Court hosts, coaches, club managers, and service providers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their operational hours, fees, contact details, and facility amenities.
Moderation Approval: All new business listings and updates are subject to administrative moderation and verification before publication.

3. Data Privacy & Advertising Policy

          Data Privacy & Ad Protection Assurance:

          Data collected by Cebu Courts And Clubs will be used strictly to improve user ad experience, platform performance, and directory navigation, but WILL NEVER BE SOLD TO THIRD PARTIES.

We respect user privacy and adhere to data protection regulations under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Any personal or contact information shared with us is safeguarded and handled responsibly.

4. User Registration & Account Security

Business owners, coaches, and organizers registering accounts on our platform must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, brand titles, text, graphics, custom WebP images, and directory design elements on Cebu Courts And Clubs are the property of their respective owners and Cebu Courts And Clubs. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction of site content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Cebu Courts And Clubs provides directory listings for informational and community building purposes on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not operate or own third-party court facilities or coach practices listed unless specified. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, cancellations, or disputes arising from participation in open plays, coaching sessions, or facility visits.
